Lily Allen still in therapy after baby loss

LILY ALLEN still needs therapy to help her overcome her miscarriage - 10 months after the tragedy.
The British singer fell pregnant last year (07) with now ex-boyfriend - Chemical Brothers star Ed Simmons - but lost the baby in January (08). And the Smile hitmaker admits she still struggles to come to terms with the loss.
She tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "I was in a very, very dark place after the whole thing happened. That was the toughest thing I've had to go through in my life."
But regular sessions with a therapist have helped Allen to deal with her grief - and she now looks positively towards the future.
She adds, "He's really, really helping me. I feel it's getting better and everything's going to be ok."
