Amy Winehouse tussles with photographer whilst Blake Fielder-Civil says :' they are not breaking up'

AMY WINEHOUSE's husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL has blasted rumours the singer has dumped him, insisting the couple will be together forever.
 
Fielder-Civil left Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk, England this month (04Nov08) after serving almost a year behind bars in relation to an attack on a pub landlord.
 
He is said to have failed to tell the Back to Black hitmaker of his release - and reports surfaced that she was considering seeking a divorce.
 
But Fielder-Civil is quick to quash them, declaring: "We are not breaking up. She hasn't dumped me. We both love each other very much and will be together forever."
 
And he is expecting a visit from his wife in the near future, reports Britain's Daily Mail online.
 
Fielder-Civil continues, "We have spoken on the phone and I'm expecting a visit from her at any time now. We can't wait to be back together again."
 
Winehouse's mother Janis waded into the pair's problems earlier this week - but Fielder-Civil is keen to reassure his mother-in-law he has cleaned up his act.
 
He adds, "I'm over the worst of it. I won't be going back to that lifestyle. After being in prison the only drug I need is the smell of free air - that and my beautiful wife Amy."
