Shia Labeouf facing third surgery for shattered hand

TRANSFORMERS star SHIA LABEOUF has revealed the full extent of the hand injury he suffered in a car crash last summer (08) - it will never heal 100 per cent.
 
Nearly nine months after he flipped his Ford truck over during an early morning car accident, LaBeouf admits the damage done to his left hand still hasn't healed - and he tells Entertainment Weekly magazine it probably never will.
 
His hand was so badly crushed that one finger had no bone left in it, and he has been told he'll only get back "about 80-something per cent" of his left hand's dexterity.
 
In an exclusive interview with the upcoming publication, the young actor says, "I've had screws and plates put in. They put a screw in one of my knuckles. And they shaved a piece of bone off my hip and made a finger out of it.
 
"I'm on my third surgery. That's coming up... My middle finger is still crooked as a f**king noodle, so they've gotta straighten it out and put a screw in it."
 
But, no matter how well the surgery goes, LaBeouf will always be left with a permanent reminder of the crash - and how close he came to losing the use of his left hand.
 
He explains, "I'll be able to make a fist again (but) there's a knuckle I'll never be able to move again."
