Former SPICE GIRL MELANIE BROWN has put her family home in Beverly Hills, California up for sale - for $1 (£0'70) less than the $3 million (£2'09 million) she paid for it in 2007.
The singer relocated to Los Angeles in 2003 and purchased the property four years later, after marrying film producer Stephen Belafonte.
But the couple is now looking for a new pad and is banking on a quick sale - by placing the five bedroom, four bathroom mansion on the market for $2,999,999, reports Realestalker.com.
The listing price is particularly unusual because Brown gave the "ultra chic showplace" a "million dollar makeover", according to the sale description.
