Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox Arquette are about to get very Friendly on screen

The ex-Friends star will lock lips in a lesbian kiss on Cox's hit new TV show, it has been claimed.

Aniston has agreed to appear on Cox's 'Dirt' show, playing a rival tabloid editor, according to Michael Ausiello of 'TVGuide.com'.

"Aniston's character is a lesbian. What's more, she won't just mouth off to Cox's tightly wound counterpart; she's going to share a lip lock with her."

Representatives for Cox and Aniston did not return calls.
