By partying at a star-studded after-party for the Golden Globes. The former Spice Girl, who will move to LA with husband David this summer, partied for almost three hours at the Sunset Tower Hotel bash on Monday night. Arriving with celebrity pals Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Jennifer Lopez, 'Posh Spice' breezed past security into the most glittering Globes event of the evening. A host of other stars - including Cameron Diaz, Eva Longoria, Courtney Cox and Nicole Kidman - also joined in the celebrations. Sean 'Diddy' Combs, on the other hand, was not so fortunate. The rapper was turned away by police and security, and left looking dejected in the back of a chauffeur-driven car. Victoria, who arrived in Los Angeles on Saturday, started her evening at Cruise's Beverly Hills mansion. A source close to the singer said she had spent hours trying on outfits and perfecting her hair and make-up at her plush five-star hotel. Cruise, who the Beckhams called for advice when contemplating their US move, sent a car to collect the singer shortly after 8pm and she arrived at his luxury pad at the same time as Lopez. Around an hour later the cars emerged once again and took the friends to the Sunset Tower Hotel. A large group of fans and passers-by, who had gathered across the road from the party, cheered as they caught a glimpse of the showbiz pals, while photographers strained to get a shot. Less than half an hour after Victoria, Cruise, Holmes and Lopez arrived, the guest list got even hotter. Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria waved to fans as she emerged from a car accompanied by on-screen husband Ricardo Chavira. The stunning actress soon spotted co-star Jesse Metcalfe stepping out of another vehicle, and the pair kissed and hugged as they made their way in. "You look great," Metcalfe was overheard saying. Next to arrive was newly-single Cameron Diaz, who seemed to be in high spirits as she grinned and waved while fans shouted her name across the road. Globe winners Helen Mirren and America Ferrera - who arrived still clutching her award - were not far behind, as were Friends star Courteney Cox and hubby David Arquette. |
