Portia De Rossi considers changing her name after marrying

PORTIA DE ROSSI is considering changing her name after marrying talk show host ELLEN DeGENERES at the weekend (16Aug08).
 
The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at their Beverly Hills, California home on Saturday (16Aug08) after the state lifted its ban on gay marriage.
 
Arrested Development star de Rossi plans to keep her maiden name for now - but may soon be tempted to take her new bride's second name.
 
She tells People magazine, "I may do it in the future, but I don't think I'm going to do it right now."
 
But talk show host and media magnate DeGeneres insists it would be far too expensive for her to switch to de Rossi: "If I changed my name to hers, then Telepicture (DeGeneres' productions company) would have to change a lot of signs."
