'kiss-and-tell girl' for strengthening relationship

British pop star JAMELIA has thanked the woman who falsely claimed she was having an affair with the singer's partner DARREN BYFIELD, for making their relationship stronger than ever.

The Thank You singer was stunned when Jaclyn Evans told a British newspaper last year (06) that she had been dating the English soccer player for two months behind Jamelia's back.

The couple, who have a baby daughter Tiani together, denied the reports and accused Evans of lying.

Jamelia says, "I'm not going to let some money-hungry tramp spoil my relationship with the love of my life. I know he is committed to me and I am committed to him, and that is a beautiful thing".

"All this woman has done is push us together. We've gained a lot. It has taken time for us to recover from what happened and feel safe again, but if one good thing has come out of it all it's that we're strong as a couple. We feel indestructible. It's us against the world. Nothing can come between us."
