Zac Efron shows off his ripped body as he goes back to high school

The 'High School Musical' heartthrob returns to the classroom in '17 Again' - but this time there's a twist.

He plays a younger version of 'Friends' star Matthew Perry, whose 37-year-old character Mike is magically transformed back in time to high school so he can live his life over.

As these scenes of a geeky-looking Zac in a sideways baseball cap show, he finds fashion and a whole lot more have moved on since his schooldays.

But he is soon getting plenty of female attention as he reveals the six-pack he showed off on the beach with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens in Hawaii this week.

The movie is due to hit cinemas in April 2009.
