Guy Ritchie's murderous
co-worker

British director GUY RITCHIE once worked with a murderer - but has defended the criminal, insisting he was a "good man".
Madonna's husband bases the villainous characters in his gangster movies on people he has been introduced to, including one who had been convicted of several killings.
And the moviemaker can't understand why people are shocked by his former associates - because he believes everyone must have come across unsavoury characters at some point in their lifetime.
He says, "I've always found it strange when people ask, 'How come you know these people? Do you want to be them?'
"I don't understand how anybody hasn't at some stage had something to do with villains. And what is a villain? I once worked with a chap who had murdered people and, you know, he was a good man."
