Kylie Minogue not worried about Jason Donovan's memoirs

KYLIE MINOGUE is confident former lover JASON DONOVAN will be kind to her in his forthcoming autobiography - because the pair have remained on good terms.

The pair dated while appearing together on Australian soap NEIGHBOURS in the late eighties - before Minogue went onto achieve international success, and Donovan's career took an opposite turn.

The 38-year-old recently signed a deal to tell his life-story - prompting claims he'd reveal intimate secrets about his time with Minogue.

But the singer is sure he won't stab her in the back. She is quoted in British newspaper The Sun, saying, "Jason is a great guy. I got a lovely message from him when I was sick. I was so touched and I wrote back".

"It'll be a great book. He's had his highs and lows. His life's good now so he's in a good mindset to look back. I'll buy a copy for sure."
