Take That musical set for the West End

A musical based on the works of newly reformed British boyband TAKE THAT is set to hit London's West End after a series of shows across the UK.

Musical NEVER FORGET, penned by TV writer DANNY BROCKLEHURST, will centre on a fictional Take That tribute act, and will feature hit songs RELIGHT MY FIRE, BACK FOR GOOD and title track Never Forget.

Producer TRISTAN BAKER says, "We look forward to creating a legacy with these well-loved songs in the way that shows such as MAMMA MIA (stage musical based on the songs of ABBA) have done before."

Co-producer BRONIA BUCHANAN adds, "We hope that the band will be delighted with the production when they see the show themselves."

Never Forget will be performed in Cardiff, Wales; Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scotland; and Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent, England later this year.
